Problems with this Site

If you're having a problem viewing this website, please read this before reporting it to us; you may be able to fix it on your own.

Because different web browsers interpret website code in slightly different ways, and your computer settings may cause page elements to fit together differently, different computers may view our website (or any website) differently. If you are seeing text or images that appear to be in the wrong place or are overlapping, or if images will not load properly, go through the following checklist and see if one of these suggestions solves your problem:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Make sure your browser window is maximized to fit your full screen.
  3. Check your screen resolution: 1024x768 is ideal; if your resolution is less than 800x600, you're not likely to be able to view the page properly.
  4. Check for updates to your browser; using the latest version will ensure you have the most up-to-date code support.
  5. Try using a different browser; if you're using Internet Explorer, you may find that Mozilla Firefox or Netscape work a little better. If you're a Mac user, use one of the aforementioned browsers or Safari; Internet Explorer for Mac is notorious for display problems.

If you're still having issues, feel free to contact us.
